The Service

ThinkUp aggregates publicly available coupon codes, promotional offers, and deal links from merchant partners and third-party affiliate networks. We display these offers to help you find savings.

What We Do Not Guarantee

  • Offer validity: coupon codes and deals may expire, be limited to specific products, or be restricted by the merchant at any time. We do not guarantee that any code will work at checkout.
  • Accuracy: we strive to keep listings current, but we cannot guarantee that offer details (discount amount, expiry date, eligible products) are accurate at the time of use.
  • Price: the price you pay at the merchant's checkout is governed by the merchant's terms, not ours. Any discrepancy between the displayed discount and the checkout discount is the merchant's responsibility.

Affiliate Links

User Content

ThinkUp allows users to vote on coupons (worked / didn't work). By submitting a vote, you represent that your vote reflects your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove votes that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Prohibited Uses

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from ThinkUp without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
